Emergent Cohort Status

God's peace to all of you today. I wanted to thank all of you who have sent your kudos and thanks to me for my time spent organizing this meetup group. I also want to thank those of you who have encouraged me to stay in the capacity of group organizer. My schedule is very limited in the Fall, due to football season, but my Spring and Summer schedule should be less of a load. For this reason, I have spent several weeks thinking and praying about this role and I have decided to stay on as the organizer of this emergent cohort.

Granted, my presence will not be felt during the next few meetups. But, I have some other news to announce as well. Dave Brown has volunteered to be an Assistant Organizer and he will be helping me with the meetup organization. He is also planning on being there this week (as I cannot), to lead the discussion tomorrow. Please give him all of the support and love that you have shown me. As a matter of fact, his life is a little hectic right now as well, as they are selling their house and looking for a new one. Please keep Dave and Sharon in your prayers during this transition time.

As always, don't hesitate to share with us any concerns or questions you have and I hope that this group will continue to grow as God sends more our way. I also pray that the discussion will be fruitful and provocative tomorrow. I look forward to seeing all of you again in a couple of months, after the season winds down.
